Moreover, Gérald's expertise extends to conducting Secret Shopper Services for iconic brands like Hard Rock Café, where he gained valuable insights into customer preferences and service standards. Additionally, his role at the Imperial Palace Hotel Convention Center and Casino in Annecy further enriched his experience in managing diverse hospitality operations, sales, marketing and technologies.

In 2002, Gérald founded Luxury Communication, a Paris-based company that quickly garnered success in the luxury sector. Concurrently, he held Vice President positions at international groups headquartered in New York and Houston, including Dolce International and Benchmark Hospitality. As a strategic business advisor, international conference speaker, and owner of a Cosmopolitan Records, a sleeping music label, Gérald balanced multiple ventures while overseeing operations in France.

In 2015, Gérald relocated to Zurich, where he assumed the role of Managing Director at LUXCOM GmbH.
